About Luke

I'm Anna — an endurance and marathon coach working out of Centennial Park and online Australia-wide. BExSc graduate, 8 years coaching, ultra-distance background (sub-3:00 marathon, 100km finisher).

What I do

I write individualised endurance plans — 5K through ultra — and I coach the technical work that's hard to figure out alone: pacing, fuelling, strength work for runners, gait analysis, race-week taper, and the head game.

I run a Saturday squad in Centennial Park (long runs + form work) for clients on a program, and weekly 1:1 sessions for whoever needs them.
