When in pregnancy can I start training?
In a healthy pregnancy, exercise is encouraged in all trimesters. A pre/postnatal-certified trainer adjusts intensity and exercise selection to stay safe for you and bub.
How soon after birth can I start?
Most clients start gentle reconditioning around 6 weeks (vaginal) or 8–12 weeks (c-section) post-birth, after GP clearance. A specialist trainer will screen pelvic floor and abdominal recovery before progressing load.
