About Luke

Hi, I'm Holly — pre and postnatal personal trainer based in Mosman, with in-home sessions across the Lower North Shore. BExSc graduate, Cert IV Fitness, plus specific pre/postnatal certifications through Safe Return to Exercise and the Australian Institute of Fitness.

How I work

Most of my clients find me in pregnancy or in the first year after giving birth. We work around what's actually happening for you — pelvic floor, diastasis, sleep deprivation, that 4pm wall — not what a generic program assumes. Babies are welcome at sessions; we work around naps.

Rates

$115 per 1:1 session. $75 online. 5-pack $525, 10-pack $1000. Group sessions $40. First session is free.
