About Luke

Hey, I'm Jess. I coach HIIT, functional fitness, and Hyrox prep on the Northern Beaches. Six years coaching, BExSc graduate, currently top-10 Pro AU women's Hyrox.

How I train people

Most of my clients come to me wanting to feel athletic again — not just lose weight. So we train for something. Whether that's your first Hyrox, your first half-marathon, a beach trip, or just being able to keep up with your kids without dying.

I run sessions four ways:

  • Outdoor 1:1s on Manly beach (early mornings, lunch, late afternoon)
  • 1:1s at a gym in Brookvale with proper functional gear
  • In-home (Manly, Fairlight, Freshwater) with bring-along kit (+$25)
  • Live online (Australia-wide) for programming + accountability
  • Small-group Hyrox-prep squads, Saturday mornings

Who I work best with

  • People training for an event (first Hyrox, fun-run, charity ride)
  • General-fitness clients who want hard sessions that go somewhere
  • Office workers who want to feel athletic again

Rates

$110/session in-person. $70 online. 5-pack $500, 10-pack $950. Free intro session — outdoor on the beach if that suits.
