About Luke
I'm Rob — an Accredited Exercise Physiologist working with adults 55+ across Lane Cove and the Lower North Shore. Fifteen years in the industry, BExSc + MClinExPhys, ESSA-registered, and a Cert IV-level coach before all of that.
What I do
I help older adults build (or rebuild) the strength, balance, and bone density that keeps independence going for the long haul. Most of what I do looks like strength training — because that's what works for falls-prevention, osteoarthritis pain, type-2 diabetes management, and recovering from things like hip/knee replacements.
Sessions can run through Medicare CDM (with a GP plan), DVA, or your private-health extras. I process claims on the spot where possible.

- In-home sessions across the Lower North Shore (+$20)
- Live online programming + check-ins (great for adult kids running point for a parent)

Rates
$125 per 1:1 session. $85 online. 5-pack $575, 10-pack $1100. Medicare CDM, DVA, Bupa, Medibank, HCF, NIB rebates available.
