About Luke

I'm Sophie — a STOTT-trained reformer and mat Pilates instructor running a private studio in Surry Hills. Seven years teaching, six of those one-on-one with a focus on rehab-friendly strength, postnatal core recovery, and dancers / desk-workers with cranky hips and necks.

How I work

Every client starts with a 90-minute assessment so we can see what your body actually does — not what the questionnaire says. From there it's a structured 6–10 week block on the reformer, with mat homework you can do anywhere, and reassessment built in.

I work closely with three local physios — if something's outside my scope, you'll know and we'll triage it together.

What I offer

  • 1:1 reformer + mat at my private Surry Hills studio
  • Live online mat-Pilates sessions (you need a mat + a small set of bands)
  • Duets (bring a friend) — $65 per person

  • Postnatal women rebuilding from diastasis recti or pelvic-floor issues
  • Office workers with neck/shoulder/hip stuff that's not bad enough for physio but isn't going away
  • Dancers and runners cross-training to stay injury-free
